You can read the opening of your speech for free before you pay anything, so you can judge the style and quality first.
Your right to cancel
Speeches are digital content delivered immediately. When you pay, you agree that the speeches are unlocked straight away and that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If something goes wrong
If there is a problem, such as a payment that went through but no speeches appeared, a speech that is incomplete, or one that clearly ignores your answers, email hello@yourspeechwriter.co.uk within 14 days of buying, with the email address you paid with. We will put it right, normally by fixing or rewriting the speech, or by giving you a full refund if we can’t. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with, normally within 5 working days of us agreeing the refund.
